Unwind and chill with this 55-minute restorative yoga class.  Grab your comfy clothes and meet me on the mat!

Suggested props:

-one bolster (OR a couple of pillows from your bed OR thick folded blanket)

-one blanket

-two foam blocks (OR two small throw pillows, or small folded blankets)
