Private Yoga

Working one-on-one can be helpful for a variety of reasons. Maybe you want a little less distraction of a public class, or a flow designed specifically for your needs.  Whether you're looking to increase range of motion, get sweaty, or restore and practice mindfulness, a private session is a great way to go!
